The President

Al Berry is the President and Chief Digital Risk Officer at Senan Group LLC. He is responsible for creating and leading the Connected Health Risks and Compliance Practice at Senan Group, a life science compliance and digitization company. Al has been in the life sciences sector for over 25 years, working in various capacities within R&D, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Risk Management, Data Sciences, and Audit Readiness.

Currently, Al is helping partners formulate and implement regulatory compliance, security and data privacy (GDPR), cloud computing, and AI and Machine Learning. As part of his practice, Al helps life science companies address Regulatory Compliance for the FDA, including GDPR and Cyber Security, in a practical yet compliant manner to leverage emerging technologies. Al is also leading the application of process controls for Quality Management, clinical data, and trade compliance.

He is an expert in IT Risk Management, Strategy, and Data Science, who understands how to ensure alignment of compliance, and business objectives and imperatives. He has designed and operationalized Risk Management programs at more than 10 life sciences companies with great success.
